New Release

We’re excited to introduce SuperCards, a cross-platform flashcard application that brings the timeless effectiveness of paper notecards into the digital age. After months of development, we’re opening our beta program to learners, students, and knowledge workers who want a better way to create and study custom flashcards.

Why SuperCards?

Traditional paper flashcards work. They’re simple, tactile, and proven to enhance memory retention. But they’re also limited—difficult to organize, impossible to sync across devices, and cumbersome to update. Digital flashcard apps solve some of these problems, but most sacrifice the simplicity and focused experience that makes physical cards so effective.

SuperCards takes a different approach. We’ve built an application that preserves what makes analog notecards great while leveraging the advantages of digital tools.

Desktop-First Creation

Creating high-quality study materials should be fast and powerful. Our macOS desktop app provides a full-featured card editor with:

  • Screenshot integration: Capture content from anywhere on your screen and add it directly to your cards
  • Rich text and images: Build cards with formatted text, images, and layouts optimized for your mobile device
  • Drag-and-drop workflow: Quickly organize content and create professional-looking study materials
  • Deck management: Organize cards into decks, mark drafts vs. completed cards, and control Study Mode settings

The desktop app is where you do the heavy lifting—researching, capturing information, and designing cards that work for your learning style.

Mobile-First Study Mode

Where SuperCards truly shines is on your phone. Our iOS Study Mode is designed for one thing: focused, distraction-free review of your custom notecards.

Key features include:

  • Horizontal display: Turn your phone sideways for a notecard-like experience that minimizes distractions
  • Gesture controls: Double-tap to flip cards, swipe left/right to navigate, swipe up/down for settings
  • Optimized layouts: Cards created on desktop are automatically sized for your mobile device’s viewport
  • Offline access: Download decks and study anywhere, even without WiFi

Study Mode turns your commute, lunch break, or waiting time into productive learning sessions—all with cards you’ve customized for your needs.

Cross-Platform Sync

Create on desktop, study on mobile. SuperCards keeps your library synchronized across devices so your latest cards are always available when you need them.

Who Is SuperCards For?

SuperCards is built for anyone who needs to learn and retain information:

  • Students: Prepare for exams, memorize vocabulary, or review lecture notes
  • Medical professionals: Study for board exams or keep clinical knowledge fresh
  • Language learners: Build custom vocabulary and grammar flashcards
  • Professionals: Prepare for interviews, certifications, or presentations
  • Lifelong learners: Master any subject with personalized study materials
